There is a bug with Glaive of wisdom (silencer 3) & Essence Shift (Slark 3) combine with focus fire.
The stolens stats for the hero (Furion) gone back to normal but for the enemy if they reach negative intelligence they freeze until they have postivie stat
Minute 19:30 with a tf on bot on tier 2, i used focus fire on sven (tank) and he went -17 intelligence and never recover it, the same happened with lone druid idk the exact time but when he get positive intelligence he recover the rest of stolen attributes.
