how does the swap cansel exactly works?

i have seen players use  all there commands : !swap cancel  -swap cansel !swapcansel !swap cansel   and !swapcansel slot
but i did not find  out which one actually works and  for  how much seconds they work?
because some time i saw the command work and many times did not .

but i guess it does  work all the time . what if someone swaps to more than one  player?
and i guess -swapcancel only works if typed  in particular times.
and in older maps it did not work
