the player sf >>>>>>> after  min  20 or 25  in the late game >>>>>>>>>  can not use teleport  
also  can not  use  lvl 5 ( lvl 2 chak)

i was the player sf and i msure that i count not use teleport and my lvl 5 . i also shared my hero to others. they had this problem too with my hero
