When i type 3ls in mode I still can take more then a 3 passive skills...

Ye it limits only disables for now

I dont think that passive limitation is necessary, unlike stunlock

 

So, may be reverted if you think this is needed

Problem is some skills are semipassive, so this separation is no longer actual
