maybe i don't want to pick any ulti. why i have to do?
change it pls. i want to be able to pick 6 basic spells. but no 6 ulti. only 2.
i know it's a big change. but.... it's better.

But I think this will benefit tanker/carry setups more than mages setups. Few ultimates are usefull for those anyway.

there is some counter items for your problem, tanker/carry setups? i suggest u to buy "Silver Edge" against that. as orchid against spellers or nullifier against ... items. dude, tankers are already weaker than spellers. if some one don't pick 2 ulties, he just didn't want to use his benefit !

Give the option to pick a regular skill over an ult?  Hmm.  Sure, why not.  Seems fair enough.  I've been there too when you dont have another good ult to pick but could benefit from a regular skill.  Worth testing out.  Seems like a good idea.
