There are lots of combos that can be combined with rearm.
One of the most popular are:
Rearm + Chrono .

Lots of rearm skills are banned in s6, mostly global ones (Sunstrike, call down agha upg, thundergod, haunt) though rearm + chrono is not a bad idea. Since I play skills 4 mode, it's underpowered there, balanced. It's not recommended to pick in s4.

Wasn't ream+chrono denied as combo? Since v5e it isn't working anymore.

Can pick Reincarn + Rearm; Reign of Chaows / Serpents + Rearm; Darkness + Rearm;
in -rc mode.
