much experience is lost

and normally gives the creeps are level ._.

But.. there is no experience lost at all. It's just recoded

There is a loss of exp ,  before we were able to level up from 1 to 2   from   Mud golem camp , now u cant, all neutrals gives less exp .
Those are the words from person who play dota from 7 years.

Yeah, Mud Golems provides wrong exp amount. Will be fixed.
