can add minor buff for rearm?
suggestion: minor cast time reduce or something
feel like it is too much nerfed since no longer rearrm Ulti can u compensate

I like made 5 post so far about buffing it, and also gave lot of suggestions for rearm, but i guess they ruined it on purpose so no one picks it anymore.
i wonder when draco will care about lod players suggestion because vordik and resq dont.
