talon queen random spell bug still working/exist

 

proof on screenshot ---> http://prntscr.com/mlyjhf as u can see on the ps slot 5 own the talon queen hero on his tavern while slot 4 got run out of time on picking lead his 1 spell slot to random which Swoop down has been given (talon queen ultimate)

Proofs are not needed.

But i waste many hours on seeking reason and didn't found anything. One of most strangest bugs.
