i have both replay of the players

 

desync player = http://lodasiareplay...2473_1549191565 which he finished the game while the other one who report is he quit on that game

 

replay of the player reported the person = http://lodasiareplay...1497_1549191207 read both chat logs and u will see the desync player quitted here

Happens after losing connection for short period.
