Is it max health or current health that gives hp regen?  I had a hero with 3817 health from morph and items.  His regen was 0.2.  All my allies had normal regens.  There was no heartstopper aura or anything like that either.

yes it should increase hpreg, 0.03 per 1 str.

upd: ok, need situation where it was

At the end of the game I held down alt cause I was curious with all my strength and items.  Found it very odd I didnt have higher regen with all that strength.  Base regen on firelord is .25 so all that strength did nothing for more regen.  I checked in another game at the beginning and the regen was at 0.3 after morphing to str.
