-huskar flame attack from 5/10/15/20 to 6/12/18/24.  

 

-craggy damage from 40/60/80/100 to 50/75/100/125.

 

-soul steal from 25/45/65/85 to 25/50/75/100.  Not seeing anyone dominate with it.  It's tricky to use and only works kind of good sometimes.

 

-allow talon 3 and veno ult combo.  
 

-dispersion: to 9/12/15/18 and 8/10/12/14 for str heroes.  If you're losing to dispersion then build a silver edge and lifesteal.  Not difficult.  Dispersion is strong late game and by then you have time to make counter items.

 

-troll form: stun duration from 2.0 to 1.9.

 

-haunt:  haunt duration from 3/4/5 to 4/5/6.  Barely anyone wrecks with haunt anymore.  It got nerfed quite a bit.  Desolate is junk imo.  And you cant supernova or witchcraft it anymore.

 

-supernova: make scorched earth work while in supernova.  Spell can continue until duration runs out.  Same with heartstopper aura.  Super nova deserves this after getting ults taken away from it.

 

-diffusal blade: mana burn lvl 1 from 25 to 40.  lvl 2 to 50 (dota 2).

No, that's literally a one hit combo, the damage from Mortal Wounds kills you while Poison Nova leaves you at 1 HP.

If you scepter and get level 2 or 3 PN AND youre targeting a non tank then yes.  But you often die doing this and you can only do it once every minute and a half.  Why no to this but yes to Sky ult with two stuns or MC zues or perma bash troll or duel to death or blink axe into blade mail.  They all kinda one hit so you can fight back.  At least with poision nova you can make antimagic stuffs and kill the hero that does it to you.  This combo can be good but it's nothing over the top of what we already play with.

And please make sure blade mail is working 100%.
