Thoughts? They say they are improving the mapmaker, wonder if wc3 maps will be compatible with it? Any plans to switch over?

 

I wonder how good it will be, and will it be possible to interplay same match from wc3 client and wc3 reforged client?

 

Can't find too much information, just announcement, new mapmaker and some sort of social features/matchmaking/the like. And coming in 2019.

They said so, you can even play together with classic wc3 players. 90% of this is HD models for wc3.

 

As for LoD, it will be hard to switch over, because LoD benefits a lot from memory modification. It allows stuff like hotkeys. If important things for lod are possible natively in wc3r then the chances are better. But we don't know if that will be the case.
