Skills:

 

-beserker's blood: magic resistance cap reduced by 5%.

 

-dispersion: to 10/13/16/19 and 8/10/12/14 for str heroes.

 

-haunt:  haunt duration from 3/4/5 to 4/5/6.  

 

-bh ww now disables non-ultimate passives for 2.0/2.5/3.0/3.5 seconds.  We could use a pickable skill that's like a mini silver edge.
 
-troll form: stun duration from 2.0 to 1.8.
 
-fervor: no longer reduces building armor.
 
-octarine core: all damaging passives can heal for 2.5% instead of the 5% that spells get. Spell items that have a passive (e.g. radiance) heal for 2.5%.  Spell items like dagon heal for the full 5%.  Something like this.  I hate that some heroes spells work and some don't.  Let's try to get them all on the same level.  If something is truly broken then exclude it but dispersion and static field can certainly work at 2.5%.  Theyve already been nerfed.  Channeling ultimates lifesteal for 2.5% per second instead of 5%.  Pulse Nova with Octarine is a bit strong.
 
-supernova: make spells like scorched earth work while in supernova.  Spell can continue until duration runs out.
 
-tooltips updated to describe skill better.  For example, requiem of souls doesnt explain how much damage will be dealt on each level.  Hoof stomp doesnt state the radius of the stun.  Slithereen crush has no radius indicated.
 
-static field:  damages opponents for 1% of their max hit points when they cast a spell.  It used to be 1% of max hp + the 5/7/9/11% of current hp.  I think this is a good compromise.
 
-refraction:  instances from 3/4/5/6 to 2/3/4/5.  Damage from 20/40/60/80 to 30/45/60/75.

Heroes:
 
-broodmother: starting str from 17 to 18.  hp regen from .25 to 2.0.

The best one of this topic. Enable for all (excluding psiblades, moonglaives, etc which empowers attack) but reduce heal from passives by 50%.

Tooltips needs very much rework. They'r getting some improvement every version but need style reworking. This is much boring work, maybe later.

Was already before. Will not added anymore.

There was -eb mode before with nerfed refraction instances to 2/3/4/5. Was pretty useless.

Fervor already changed for p7:

Fervor bonus AS per stack 20/25/30/35 -> 10/14/18/22, maximum stacks 4 -> 7. Armor reducing allpied after last stack.

Adding another one:
 
-poison sting:  Damage per Second: 9/15/22/30    Duration: 6/10/13/15.  It's back to being weak.  These numbers are close to Dota 2's.

Adding changes to last word.

This lame passive can win the game.  I'd like to see it nerfed a bit.  Pain in the ass to farm bkb when youre casting.  10% nerf or something else.
