I also tested this bug in old versions, same issue.
Sometimes it blinks way far, i would say from 1200 to 1500.

how do you not know about this newb
if you click over the max range it blinks 80% of the way. same for every blizzard blink spell.

wrong, this was fixed for all blinks (qop/am) but not the blink item.
