make it make enemies miss by 50% like the sandking level 25 talent
and also just increase damage by a bit

A lot of skills could have some buff base on the dota 2 talents and ASU. Especially the ones that are rarely(if never) picked, such as All of ancient apparitions basic skills, shadow strike, e.vortex and etc.

One hit linkens that goes away if channeling stops. Sandstorm needs some protection. Way too easy to dust and stun in lod.
