There is a bug that if you pick all of IO's Guardian Wisp Skills , tether will be disappear randomly in the game and next your skills one by one will be disappeared even if you died, you can get some back if you level up and level them up back it goes back to lvl 1
Still not fixed bug at Tether skills (When building ALL IO Skills)
