Fixed refund script giving gold on itemdrop/usage
Fixed Perma Invis not giving HPreg
Fixed Elune's Arrow not ministunning at very close range
Fixed not being able to Poof onto morphed illusions, or unmorphed illusions while you're morphed
Changed Fire Lord into DiabloCar model with 550 attack range (up from 128) and Sieger into DwarfCar model

Aftershock no longer has a seperate -BO version, now always costs 5% of current mana

Juxtapose illusion damage from 16 to 22%, damage taken from 500 to 400%
