* Fixed issues with Meat Hook & Fury Swipes
* Fixed Radiance not dealing any damage if owner is paused (e.g. in Chronosphere)
* Fixed Glaives of Wisdom not correctly stealing INT when it's a global kill
* Fixed Zeus tooltip

Some 6.81 changes:
* Chain Frost Aghanim's now provides unlimited jumps
* Homing Missile now cannot be evaded via invisibility
* X Mark The Spot duration is now doubled on allies
* Macropyre Aghanim's now lasts twice as long and has doubled distance
* Frost Armor can now be applied on towers
* Reaper's Scythe now adds +30% duration to the victim's respawn timer
* Stifling Dagger CD from 8 to 6 seconds
* Decrepify MPcost from 100 to 60
* Shadow Word duration increased from 9 to 11 seconds
* Focus Fire Aghanim's damage reduction decreased from -50/-40/-30 to -30/-15/0
* Clarity Mana regeneration from 100 over 30 seconds to 135 over 40 seconds
