* Some more optimizations which should decrease freeze amount
* Improved movement in Chronosphere
* Fixed Moment of Courage procs granting too many extra hits
* Fixed Juggernaut tooltip not being updated
* Fixed killing Homing Missile not granting any gold
* Fixed Battle Hunger not being dispellable

Spell changes:
* Wave of Terror damage from 125/150/175/200 to 80/100/120/140
* Craggy Exterior procchance from 25% to 20%
* Pulse Nova now slows enemies by 20% (40% with Aghanim's Scepter)
* Empowering Haste bonus damage from 4/8/12/16% to 3/6/9/12%
* Darkness now provides unobstructed vision at night (Darkness no longer has an Aghanim's Scepter effect)
* Epicenter cast time from 1.5 to 1.2s
* Omnislash now provides extra Attackspeed equal to the difference between your highest stat and your agility. (simplified: Omnislash is now more useful on non-AGI heroes)
* Essence Shift now provides bonus damage equal to the same amount an AGI hero would get to non-AGI heroes
