* Fixed some possible freezes
* Fixed Sticky Napalm damage threshold being too low causing stuff like Ion Shell, Flame Guard, Rot to work
* Fixed Geminate Attack tooltip
* Fixed Elune's Arrow not being blocked by Linken's Sphere
* Stampede will now deal damage based on your mainstat
* Fixed Utility Hero not being draftable in -SD and -MD
* Fixed False Promise manacost being too low (was 100, now 200)
* Spell balances: Freezing Field from 4 to 5s duration (same damage overall, just slower)
* Hero balances: Rooftrellen Attack Range from 128 to 150, Pudge MS from 295 to 305, Dark Seer AGI from 12+1.2 to 15+1.7
