Fixed Guinsoo's Scytche of Vyse lasting forever
Fixed Hexes interaction with Status Resistance
Fixed Shadow Strike and Venomous Gale slowing heroes forever
Fixed Swoop Down malfunction
Fixed Stampede still working on Haunt illusions
Fixed Firewall damage
Fixed Tranquil Boots cooldown appearing
Fixed Ethereal Jaunt malfunction
Fixed Nether Swap and Mystic Snake
Fixed Shops items cooldown
Fixed Doppelganger causing hero to disappear
Fixed Purifying Flames conditions to kill or not to kill (ally/enemy) being reversed
Infest now heals from consuming captured creeps too
Wrath of Wraith Ghost Form no longer aggroing creeps or towers on self

Added Arcane Rune
Buff lasts 50 seconds. Decreases manacosts and manaloss of owner by 30% and adds 30% CDR.
Manaloss means burned by any way mana.
For damaging abilities (aka Mana Break, Mana Burn, etc) this also means decreased taken damage
For abilities with based on manacost effect (Nether Ward burst, Essence Aura) means weaker effect for caster as well
For abilities with mana draining (EMP, Mana Drain, Fiend's Grip, Mystic Snake) this means decreased mana drain for enemy too

Some more instant effect spells (e.g. Lucent Beam) updated so then provides main visuals on target when blocked. This should allow better see which ability was used.
Abyssal Blade now orders to attack if caster don't have other orders
Abyssal Blade cast range 140 -> 160

Mango MP Reg 125 -> 110

Malefice dmg per tick 30/50/70/90 -> 30/55/80/105

Electric Vortex now orders to attack the target when appropriable

Nether Strike now instantly turns caster to the proper angle

Riki Blink Strike cooldown increased by 20%, from 25/20/15/10 to 30/24/18/12
