Balance
- Added TP scroll slot
- Each hero (and Spirit Bear) now has a special slot designed for Scroll of Teleportation. It cannot be dropped anymore, but doesn't take inventory slot neither.
- Added config option "TeleportScrollHotkey" inside [HOTKEYS] to bind new Scroll of TP slot, by default "J".
- Every player now getting one courier for free. Cannot purchase second.
- Observer Wards no longer cost any gold to purchase.
- Base experience for destroyed Observer Ward 25 -> 50
- Both Gold and Exp bounty grows per time.
- Experience needed to reach next level rescaled

- Sentry Wards grants small vision around again as they should be visible by themself
- Observer and Sentry Wards HP 200 -> 8. Requires up to 2 hits from hero and up to 8 hits from non-hero to kill.
- Quelling Blade, Battle Fury, Tango still kills it instantly
- Flaming Lasso maximum possible "blink" distance 100 -> 300
- Wild Axes now increases attack damage only instead of any kind of damage, does not increase HP removal damage.
- Wild Axes debuff duration 6 -> 10 seconds
- Dusts are now purchased as 1 charge with 90 goldcost instead of 2 with 180 goldcost
- Sticky Napalm removed as it cannot be even close to balanced in many conditions
- It will back later with reworked damage mechanic
- Spiderlings and Spiderites armor 0 -> 8, magic resistance 0 -> 40, HP 450 -> 280, 175 -> 100
- Brood Web no longer grants invisibility
- Flying movement in web no longer interrupted on taking damage
- Bonus HP Regen in Web 2/4/6/8 -> 3/5/7/9
- Berserker's Blood max str in regen 20/30/40/50% -> 20/32/44/56%
- Berserker's Blood now working on illusions
- Ghost Walk cooldown 40/35/30/25 -> 25
- Land Mines damage is now properly updated by Spell Amplification
- Mystic Flare total damage increased by 50/75/100
- Hurricane Pike active counter no longer consumes charges on instant attacks
- Starfall manacost 100/120/140/160 -> 80/105/130/155
- No longer launch a meteor on spell immune units
- Delay between cast and damage 0.5 -> 0.57, delay before second wave 1 -> 0.8
- Cooldown 12 -> 9
- Carrion Swarm cooldown 8/7/6/5 -> 7
- Concussive Shot upgraded now targets random target instead of nearest around main target
- Second blast no longer targets magic immune or invulnerable units
- Added Aghanim Upgrade on Ancient Seal - debuffs 1 more unit around original target, prioritizing heroes and illusions.
- Second target cannot block spell until it's spell immune and can take hit even when fogged
- Assassinate aghanim no longer improves cast range
- Mana Void cooldown 70 -> 70/60/50
- Chain Frost slow increased to 65% MS / 65 AS always, slow duration 4 -> 2.5
- Chain Frost no longer interrupts primary target
- Jump distance 575 -> 600
- Death Coil is now projectile-based spell
- Armlet HP Drain 45/sec -> 54/sec
- Necronomicon Purge now orders to attack target if the caster dont have shifted orders
- Tranquil Boots priority lowered to be lower than recipe items with the same components
- Fixed Hand of Midas targets
- Fixed Essence Shift still stealing agility on kill sometimes
- Fixed Neutral creeps cancelling potions and daggers
- Fixed Song of the Siren still not affecting enemy buildings
- Fixed unit size scaling with Grow
- Fixed Morphling Morph unavailability Str Morph and icon position on pick
- Fixed Neruban Assassin Manaburn on illusions
- Fixed Autocasted spells could ignore Essence Aura and Nether Ward
- Fixed (?) Caustic Finale affecting wrong units
- Fixed (?) Dota2Bars Manabars height changing randomly
- Fixed Echo Stomp affecting invulnerable targets
- Fixed Phantom Rush not having Minimum proc range and malfunctioning when picked on 5th slot
- Fixed (?) possible problems with pathfinding
- Fixed vision on target during Nether Strike
- Fixed Trueshot aura bonus staying forever on creeps if the aura source dies
- Fixed Fade Bolt debuff being undispelable
- Fixed Troll Bash always have duration like on lvl 1
- Fixed False Promise healing
- Fixed Linken Sphere blocking more than 1 spell
- Fixed problems with collision on hero with illusions
- Fixed Life Drain being allowed to continue draining from Shadow Dance or Smoke of Deceit
- Life Drain now properly allowed to use on own units, but not on self
- Life Drain and Mana Drain now provides short visual effects when killing illusion
- You can now drop your item from an allied hero with shared control if that's your item
- Fixed final creepstats displaying missing "/"
- Tombstone zombies now spawn with a little offset rather than "inside" the hero
- Fixed Supernova sound
- Fixed Inner Fire debuff icon
- Removed "Allied town is under siege" notify from Power cogs and Tombstone
- Fixed charges counter on Aftershock when picked on 5th slot
- Dark Rift no longer ignores Phase Shifted units
- Familiars now have different colors by default, without Synergy
- Updated Stone Form tooltip
- Fixed Dark Rift not targeting the fountain when clicked next to it
- Reflected damage is no longer increased by spell amplification of the reflecting hero
- Spell amplification no longer increases self-inflicted damage
