Most important bugfixes (critical bugs, including cases which caused skills being banned) :
Fixed Meat Hook stunning enemy forever
Fixed groups in Unstable Current
Fixed crash caused by Malefice, fixed amount of stuns with multicasted Malefice
Fixed Venomous Gale and Shadow Strike slow (last percents stays forever)
Fixed glitch with double buyback and required gold for displaying on alt click and all other small mistakes in buybacks
Fixed Chain Lightning based spells order ID (all lost it's uniqueness with last change of Arc Lightning) : Sunder, Laguna, Finger, Brain Sap, Open Wounds, Mystic Snake, Casks, Lasso, Disruption, Tether
Fixed Veil of Discord latching on allies sometimes
Fixed bug which caused Ball Lightning having much less manacost than it should be
Fixed Chronosphere / Black Hole + Force Staff
Fixed Gravekeeper's Cloak damage block formula
Fixed very old bug when Focus Fire couldnt be used when hero already attacking target enemy
Fixed impossibility to cast Focus Fire during disarm
Fixed some dmg resistances working twice

Improved all cases when unit cannot walk - they no longer cancels order by reason "Target is too far"
Small fixes in bonus damage conditions: Manaburn, Quelling Blade/Fury and bonus damage from invises are no longer working vs allies, Quelling Blade/Fury working vs Roshan
Fixed chance of Damage Block by Stout Shield
Fixed interaction of Meld with Instant Attacks
Fixed displaying of Aeon Disk cd on dropping and picking up
Fixed some hero stats after last change
Fixed slow amount and tooltip on Poison Attack
Fixed Electric Vortex not pulling at all.
Fixed Firewall damage source (hero instead of wall itself)
Firewall now properly damaging with multiple sources of it (e.g. multicast)
Fixed Borrowed time auto activasion
Fixed displaying on scoreboard cooldown of Borrowed Time after autoactivasion.
Viper Strike no longer affects invulnerable targets (who became invulnerable after cast)
Fixed Eidolons movespeed (lvls 1 2 3)
Fixed Rupture stopping work sometimes after use, however idk what was broken

Fixed (?) losing vision caused by Lunar Blessing + Break (no longer removable by Break)
Fixed Ice Vortex self buff having only 1 lvl

Improved Waveform with Multicast

Improved interaction of Nether Swap cooldowns with picking up and dropping Aghanims
Reverted Primal Roar damage and effects order - stun dealt before damage
Note: this is important for on-damage effects like Kraken Shell, Borrowed time
Fixed Charge of Darkness bug which causes running back
Fixed Charge of Darkness causing multispawn at map edges
Fixed armor bonus from Berserker's Call
Force Staff / Hurricane Pike pushing effect no longer stackable with itself. New one effectively stops previous just like other forced movements do.
Fixed Earthbind AoE pointer
Fixed Death Ward + Mass Serpent Wards in one game.
Fixed displayed time on full Fire Remnant charges
Fixed camera position on Wisp's Relocate back tping
Fixed Dagger doubleclick destination
Breathe Fire and Anchor Smash no longer debuffs invulnerable units.
Fixed bonus damage from manaburn to illusions (was less than should be)
Fixed abuse with purchasing and selling Bottle on Fountain
Fixed windwalk level of Primal Split Storm Panda
Fixed Spell Steal bonus spell stays forver after Spell steal being blocked by Linken
Fixed Purge of Necronomicon effect order and using on invulnerability

Fixed (?) Spectral Dagger damaging multiple times sometimes
Improved spell block and reflection on Assassinate

Fixed Slow from Stampede being 1000% instead of 100%
Tiny Toss no longer interrupts target Linken
Gust no longer grants vision
Fixed Leech Seed dmg/heal
Tranquil Boots now restores unit real movespeed instantly when replaced on normal version instead of waiting for new order
Cleave Damage no longer pierces Guardian Angel or Cold Embrace (again)
Fixed Liquid Fire dispel
Fixed Sticky Napalm damage was halved vs heroes instead of halved vs creeps
Fixed interaction of Rupture and Status Resistance
Fixed Walrus Punch true strike been working on every attack during 10 seconds instead of only 1 hit
Global features
Enemy taverns are visible on sd mode without additional taverns (without d2/d3/d4/d5), allows serious counterplay
(Not revealed for -md to not let see tavern swapping at least while taverns are already "visible")
-ready command removed (except for test mode)
-random command removed (except for test mode)
-repick no longer cost any gold
Balance
Rescaled Relocate:
Cooldown 100/85/70 -> 90/75/60, manacost 150 -> 175, delay 2.7/2.35/2.0 -> 3.5/3.0/2.5
Can be disabled by root only at end of duration (however, cannot be cast while rooted)
As well, teleport will not happen if caster is silenced at end of delay.
Aghanim upgrade no longer affects cooldown and manacost. Instead, it decreases delay by additional 0.5 second and casting Relocate Upgraded will not ping on minimap for enemies.
Relocate is no longer forbidden for Formless.
Polymorphs couldn't be casted during Relocate delay (some technical reasons)
Charge of Darkness no longer stuns main target longer than others (nerf, applies normal Greater Bash only)
This also means Charge wont stun Magic Immune primary target
Greater Bash is now counted like normal bash (doesnt affect by reducing duration of continious stuns)
When 2 Charging heroes rushes through or right on other, they both bashing each other instead of effect being based on luck.
Illuminate charging no longer based on Spirit Form. Requires Aghanim for charging without channeling instead.
Bonus damage during night decreased from 50% to 33%. Heal allies during day stays 50%.
Troll Fervor attackspeed bonus from 10/14/18/22 PER ATTACK to 12/18/24/30 PER HIT (does not count misses attacks)
Max stacks 7 -> 8
Armor debuff removed
Also removed 0.4 delay per which next stack coudnt be taken, so very fast and instant attacks also grants bonus
Haunt illusion damage 40% -> 40/60/80% (20% -> 25/40/55% ranged)
Epicenter damage per pulse 130 -> 110 (wlc, became too strong with spell amp introduction)
AS MS Slow from 50% to 30%
Cast time 1.5 sec -> 2.0 sec. Yes, this is impossible to cast it during stun from Burrowstrike. Just like that was always in Dota.
Wild Axes damage rescaled from 60/90/120/150 per axe to 45/75/105/135, cooldown 10 -> 8, manacost 100/110/120/130 -> 90/105/120/135
Spiked Carapace buff duration 2.5 -> 2
Chronosphere and Dismember now properly stops most kinds of Forced Movements instantly
Geostrike now can be used by illusions and working vs allies.
Powershot no longer counts casting time started from 0.3 seconds, which grants minimum damage nearly as half of max. Max cast time 0.75 -> 1
Requiem of Souls manacost 150/175/200 -> 200/250/300
Shrapnel slow lasts only 0.5 seconds after leaving area instead of 2 seconds (fix/nerf) and applies slow on just entered units much faster
Stasis Trap now becomes visible in delay between activasion and blast and plays proper animation for enemies as well
Guinsoo Scytche cooldown 25 -> 22, manacost 100 -> 250
Vacuum now deals damage if pull was interrupted by other FM
Linken Sphere now fully blocks Omnislash on cast instead of just being broken without any block.
Lion Impale stun 1.4/1.8/2.2/2.6 -> 1.5/1.8/2.1/2.4
Nerubian Assassin Impale stun 1.6/2.0/2.4/2.8 -> 1.5/1.8/2.1/2.4
Nerubian's Impale has a bit less manacost but cannot be clocked or reflected, so it keeps longer cooldown.
Gravekeeper's Cloak scales linearly again, otherwise it would be very weak after bugfix.
Soul Rip max targets 9/12/15/18 -> 8/9/10/11, heal/dmg per target 18/22/26/30 -> 22/29/36/43
Now properly counts Magic Immune allies around, including zombies.
Decay damage 20/60/100/140 -> 30/60/90/120
Naga Ensnare manacost 90/100/110/120 -> 70/80/90/100, duration 2/3/4/5 -> 2.25/3/3.75/4.5, cooldown 14 -> 13/12/11/10
Focus Fire attackspeed bonus 500% -> 450%
Wisp Spirits damage per explosion 35/60/85/110 -> 30/50/70/90
Collision AoE decreased to be similar to creep damaging AoE - from 150 to 110 (harder to hit hero)
Geomancer Poof cooldown 12/10/8/4.5 -> 12/10/8/6, manacost 80 -> 90
Viper Strike Upgraded cooldown 10 -> 14/12/10
Hookshot Upgraded cooldown 12 -> 18/15/12
Split Earth cast time 0.4 -> 0.35
Nethertoxin cooldown 24/21/18/15 -> 24/20/16/12 (as on tooltip)
Splitshot AoE no longer increases by Dragon Lance / Hurricane Pike
Tombstone Zombie damage rscaled from 29-37 to 30-36
Deathlust (low hp enemy speed bonus) attackspeed bonus 50% -> 75%
Zombies no longer spawns on spellimune enemies (just like The Swarm beetles not latches)
Midnight Pulse damage multiplier decreased by 0.25%. This affected upgraded Blackhole damage too.
Empty Bottle no longer have active ability (use rightclick on runes; prevents incresing cast range on runes by Lens)
Tiny Toss no longer allowed to toss invulnerable units
Damage to projectile changed from 2 instances to 1 and fixed at 30% bonus damage instead of increasing with Grow
Manacost 120 -> 90/100/110/120, cooldown 8 -> 11/10/9/8
Heroes
Pit Lord Base Damage 70-76 -> 62-68, BAT 1.9 -> 1.7
Phantom Lancer base MS 295 -> 300
Undying base damage decreased by 2
Others
Optimized some things on -dm mode
-unstuck now properly removes all additional effects like stuns, invulnerability, etc
Dragon Tail now orders to attack enemy by same rule as Toss, Blink Strikes, etc: if haven't other orders.
Increased effects size on Gyrocopter, Magnataur, Tiny, Flesh Golem
Improved Spiked Carapace visibility
Decreased visual size of some Ancient creeps and hover height of Black Dragons and Black Drakes
Decreased visual size of Tempest
Fire Remnants got their own duration timer over head which is visible as for owner as for allies
Crimson Guard recipe is now usable (for fast purchasing Buckler if need)
Plague Ward, Mass Serpent Ward model size decreased from 1 to 0.8
Improved Soul Rip perfomance
Added visual effects on Battery Assault
Silencer Last Word overhead indicator changed to Normal Silence
Courier cooldown in market 2 sec -> 0.1 sec
