Global changes
- Ban stage duration increased from 15 to 30 seconds
- Autoban heroes wont ban same hero twice
- Pick time increased to 5.5 minutes independent of mode, addtime removed (-rd unchanged)
- Swapped numbers of Arc Warden and Talon Queen. This may prevent taking Talon skills on random.
- Spell Amplification now grants strict 0.07 SpellAmp per 1 intelligence point instead of 0.0(6)
- Illusions no longer die when attacking Roshan, but deal only 20% damage
Quality of life & Visuals
- Dropping items now saves their current cooldown (important with CDR=Cooldown Reduction bonus)
- Upgrading items on cd wont change cooldown with existing CDR.
- BKB can now be used properly with CDR.
- If you have CDR, all items with a similar ability type launch the same CD
- Selling items with odd goldcost (ending in 5) refunds full gold instead of losing 1g
- Improved visual effects on Waning Rift
- Fixed visual effects appearing on targets of Plasma Field and Aphotic Shield
- Improved manaburn (am/diffusal) effect and backstab visuals on range attackers
- Critical strikes performed while having negative attack damage will display "0" crit instead of negative amounts if no damage was dealt
- Critical Strikes will display total potential damage, including damage from manaburn, fury swipes, backstab, quell blade, etc (even though not all of them increase critical damage)

- Fixed Moment of Courage not working correctly
- Fixed polymorph block from troll/bear/kotl forms
- Fixed Fissure malfunction
- Fixed Morphling Morph was not allowed to use when stunned
- Fixed Stampede possibility to deal insane damage in some cases
- Fixed abuse of Morph with Armlet, Decay, Essence Shift
- Fixed Rupture non-damaging with Scepter
- Fixed Hand of God targets
- Fixed Infest + Consume (again)
- Fixed Deafening Blast (again)
- Fixed Doubleclick on Blink Dagger
- Fixed Mass Serpent Ward Acquire Range (auto attack range)

- Fixed Spiked Carapace proccing on non-reflectable damage (they should not)
- Fixed Meld, Wind Walk, Vendetta providing bonus damage like on lvl 1 always
- Fixed Riki Blink Strike, Hurricane Pike and Tiny Toss with forced attack order
- Fixed Break effects interaction with status resistance
- Fixed Phantom Rush and Geminate Attack malfunction on 5th skill slot
- Fixed interaction of multiple casts of Winter's Curse on single target
- Fixed some bugs in Hookshot
- Fixed Phantom Rush with Conjure Image
- Fixed Reactive Armor charge displaying and memory leak in ability
- Fixed moving and interaction with forces movements during Sleight of Fist

- Fixed Demonic Purge still being removable by spell immunity on cast of immunity

- Fixed Flux debuff sometimes staying forever on panel
- Meld no longer stops when hero leveling up skill
- Necronomicon Purge ability is working now
- Omnislash can now be reflected properly
- Fixed interaction of Nether Ward and autocasting spells aka Glaives of Wisdom
- Borrowed Time now properly reduces all dealing damage in 2 times instead of reducing only bonus damage percentage aka 30% from Bloodrage (fix/nerf)
- Dagger and Tarrasque are now cancellable by damage from allies too and own units too (but not self)
Skills
- Ball Lightning + Essence Aura can no longer be picked together
- Nether Ward + Rearm can no longer be picked together
- Multicast no longer consumes additional mana on multicasts
- Heartstopper Aura damage type from "Divine" to "Magical" (still does not interact with On-damage effects)
- It's now amplified by spell amplification and reduced by enemy magic resistance, e.g. Lens, Veil or Natural Order will increase it's damage
- Damage intervals 0.5 sec -> 0.2 sec, damage per second 0.8/1.2/1.6/2.0% of max hp -> 0.8/1.3/1.8/2.3%
- Bristleback no longer protects from HP removal damage, but protects from non-reflectable damage. However, non-reflectable damage does not trigger stacking quills anymore, so Bristleback may be countered, e.g. by mass Blademails
- Drunken Brawler no longer grants guaranteed critical strike/evasion. Drunken Brawler no longer overlaps higher crits
- Requiem of Souls now only releases lines of damaging souls on death if the ability is not on cooldown
- Shadow Dance with Aghanim AoE 325 -> 425
- Chronosphere duration without aghanim from 3.0/3.2/3.4 to 3.0/3.5/4.0, with aghanim from 3.5/3.7/3.9 to 3.5/4.0/4.5
- Time Walk cast range increased to Global (like with blinks, skewer, trample. This does not mean actual travel range)
- Sunder minimum HP 25% -> 35/30/25%, manacost 100/50/0 -> 150/100/50
- Aftershock charge cooldown 10 -> 12, stun duration 0.6/0.9/1.2/1.5 -> 0.6/0.8/1.0/1.2
- Death Ward rescaled: Instead of bouncing attack it now has multiattack, 2/3/4 targets + 1 with aghanim. Attack range 700 -> 700/750/800 (+50 with agha) to compensate previous bouncing
- Fixed interaction of multiple active Winter Curses at same time
- Winter Curse now also properly counts killing targeted creeps (most important when targeting Necronomicon, Spirit Bear, Infernals, etc)
- Gush cooldown reduced by 2 seconds, from 13/12/11/10 to 11/10/9/8
- Hellfire blast manacost 140 -> 95/110/125/140, stun 2 sec -> 1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8 sec, damage 50/100/150/200 -> 80/100/120/140, DPS 20/35/50/65 -> 20/40/60/80
- Shackleshot stun duration 1.5/2.25/3.0/3.75 -> 2.0/2.6/3.2/3.8
- Telekinesis cooldown 14 -> 15/14/13/12
- Telekinesis throw range 375 (325 with penalty on range higher than 325) -> 350/375/400/425, no penalty
- Slightly increased Psi Blades spill range and spill damage
- Recoded Overgrowth, now also counts victims' Status Resistance
- Hand of God heal now uses same numbers for heroes and creeps
- Phase Shift cooldown 6 -> 7 (shift + euls combo now only possible with some CDR)
- Witchcraft cooldown boost 10/15/20/25% -> 8/12/16/20%, spell amp 6/9/12/15% -> 4/6/8/10%
- Firestorm DPS from 0.75/1.5/2.25/3% of max hp to 1/2/3/4%, Cooldown 14 -> 12
- Morphling Morph is now allowed to be picked together with Essence Shift
- Supernova dispels and heals on cast instead of at end (important for some abilities, e.g. Thirst, Leech Seed)
- Mortal Wounds damage multiplier per second 20/28/36/44% -> 12/20/28/36%, chance 30% -> 25%
- Swoop Down cooldown 60/55/50 -> 70/60/50
- Kinetic Field is now harder to go through with very high movespeed
- Kinetic Field now properly stops Forced Movements of affected units (not magic immune, not invulnerable)
- Kinetic Field cooldown 14/13/12/11 -> 17/15/13/11
- Skewer cooldown 20 -> 26/24/22/20
- Waveform cooldown 13 -> 19/17/15/13, cast range 700/800/900/1000 -> 1000
- Burrowstrike cooldown 11 -> 14/13/12/11
- Kraken Shell damage limits decreased from 400 hp + 30/24/18/12% to 350 hp + 25/20/15/10%
- Breathe Fire cast range 500 -> 700 (effect range stays 750)
- Elder Dragon Form splash 100%/75%/50% in 150/225/300 AoE > -> 75% in 300 AoE
- Grave Chill (Visage 1) now scales movement and attack speed numbers per level instead of duration. Cast Range 650 -> 625, manacost 100 -> 90
- Soul Assumption (Visage 2) damage from 20+65*charges to 20+75*charges
- Recoded Gravekeeper's Cloak (Visage 3), no longer closes skill leveling panel
- Reworked Gravekeeper's Cloak: Instead of armor and spell resistance it grants direct damage resistance. 4 layers. 8/12/16/20% damage resistance per layer (maximum 32/48/64/80% total). Each layer recovers in 6/5/4/3 seconds independent of others
- Does not interact with damage less than 40 (after other reductions)
- Break prevents damage damage block but not layer regeneration
- Wild Axes base damage per axe 75/110/145/180 -> 60/100/140/180
Items
- Removed Iron Talon
- Removed Poorman's Shield
- Quelling Blade and Battle Fury grants 24/7 (melee/range) bonus damage vs creep instead of percentage bonus (BF and QB damage bonusses vs creeps stack but doesn't stack with itself)
- Blade Mail return damage 80% -> 100% (back to original)
- Blade Mail cooldown 22 -> 25
- Silver Edge no longer reduces the victim's damage output by 50%
- Maelstrom and Mjollnir lightnings got 0.2 seconds innate cooldown (can't be reduced)
- Tranquil Boots no longer cancels when you attack non-hero units
- Satanic status resistance bonus 30% -> 25%
Neutrals with spell immunity (Black Dragons, Lizards, Rock and Emerald Golems) got 70% spell resistance instead.+++
Mana Break
- Necronomicon manabreak recoded, now fully triggered like AM or Diffusal
- Necronomicon Warrior no longer receives AoE Last Will with Synergy. Instead, Synergy improves his manabreak by 10/20/30/40. Removable by Break effects
- Necronomicon Archer keeps his constant BM effect
- Diffusal Blade no longer has lower amount of manaburn for ranged heroes (same 50 manaburn as melees now)
- Diffusal Blade bonus damage now only increases attack damage by 80% per point of burned mana instead of 100%
- Necronomicon and AM manaburns now only deal 50% additional damage per burned mana instead of 100%
- AM manabreak for ranged heroes increased from 50% to 66%, from 25% to 33% for ranged illusions
