• Fixed Empowering Haste level 3 bonus
• Fixed Ion Shell not having visual effect when casted on allies

• Fixed possible bug with immortal units
• Fixed Frost Armor debuff not dispelling properly
• Fixed Frost armor debuff not stacking with Frost Nova's debuff
• Fixed Blackhole causing issues with silence-like abilities
