Global&Mechanic

 

Added votekick functionality: -vk #playernumber (1-10) to start voting.
Each player has a cooldown of 5 minutes between starting a new votekick attempt.
Votekick lasts 30 seconds, at least 8 players (or -2 of current players) in the game have to write -vk y to accept the votekick.

  • Fixed lane creep madness from 6.86a0
  • Added config option DisableAllDefaultHotkeys into HOTKEYS to disable all default hotkeys
  • Also available as a chat command -ddh (Disable Default Hotkeys)
  • HP bonus per STR 19 -> 20, MP bonus per INT 13 -> 12.
  • Healing from Regeneration Rune, Clarity, Salve and Bottle can now be removed only by player controlled units, towers, fountain or Roshan but not by normal creeps. (7.00)
  • Following abilities can't be used anymore while hero rooted/ensnared/entangled etc (just like normal blinks). Now this type of disables should be dispelled before escaping: Sleight of Fist, Reality Rift, Fire Remnant Movement, Skewer, Leap, Doppelganger, Phase Shift, Riki's Blink Strike, Burrowstrike, Timber Chain, Rolling Boulder, Time Walk, Poof, Waveform, Phantom Strike, Icarus Dive, Pounce, Ball Lightning, Snowball.
  • Ghost Scepter, Etherial Blade, Decrepify (Pugna): Ghost Form is now splitted to Buff and Debuff, based on the target was chosen. It affects purging rules (you can't dispel your own Ghost Form by using Guardian Greaves anymore). But any magic immunity will still remove Ghost Form instantly.
  • Additionally, Ghost form will be prolonged instead wasting ghost scepter cooldown during previous ghost form
  • Missile speed of ranged heroes who have <1000 increased to 1000...1200, based on their attack range (lower attack range got faster missile)
  • Aftershock is no more available on -ls and -3ls modes.
  • Towers HP regen bonus on -S5 and -S6 modes from +0.5 per 5 minutes to +0.25 per 5 minutes.
  • Fountain Defender attack range and aura AoE reduced from 1150 to 750, damage reduced by ~33%.
  • Fixed Spell Lifesteal working on damaging structures by spells
  • Item's lifesteal recoded: no longer Orb Effects (7.07 d2), stackable from all lifesteal sources.
  • Satanic active bonus lifesteal decreased from 200% to 175%.
Items
  • Crimson Guard: added to shop again. Active ability's cooldown decreased from 70 to 46 seconds.
  • Heaven's Halberd: Disarm is now totally undispellable (used to be dispellable by magic immunity)
  • Fixed Helm of The Dominator could target Necronomicon units
  • Orb of Venom (both) Fixed dps was 4 instead 3.
  • Orb of Venom (ranged): Fixed not doing damage.
  • Butterly: fixed bonus damage was 22 instead 30.
  • Fixed Armlet gold cost
  • Mjolnir: Static Charge recoded, now should work properly.
  • Medallion of Courage and Solar Crest: no more halved effect vs Roshan (7.00), duration is now decreases together with cooldown. Fixed being able to targeting magic immune eneimes with it.
  • Medallion of Courage is now dispellable
  • Healing Salve and Clarity Potion cast range on ally increased from 250 to 500 (d2)
  • Satanic active bonus lifesteal 200% -> 175% because fully stackable with main source.
  • Necronomicon: Last Will AoE damage with Synergy changed from 400/500/600 based on itemlevel to 100/125/150*synergylevel.
  • Fixed Observer Wards & Gem & Smoke issues with buying
  • Fixed Soul Ring increasing mana incorrectly

  • Suicide Squad, Attack!: Cooldown to 150. Respawn bonus from 20/30/40/50% to 10/20/30/40%, additional bonus with scepter 20% -> 15%.
  • Gush: cooldown 12 -> 13/12/11/10
  • Soul Steal: fixed "cancel" hotkey
  • Tidebringer: added cooldown modification support for ranged attackers
  • Moment of Courage: won't trigger when under Break effect. Removed doubled buff indication.
  • Dual Breath: debuffs are now dispellable
  • Anchor Smash: fixed extra-icon on skillpanel of affected units
  • Last Word aura: Cooldown increased by 0.4 seconds.
  • Fixed Last Word aura not working when owner is immune to magic.
  • Reflection: Fixed illusion's duration
  • Unstable Current: Cooldown increased from 5 seconds to 6 seconds, damage 60/100/140/180 -> 60/90/120/150, slow and reveal duration 0.5/1/1.5/2 -> 0.8/1.2/1.6/2.0s, slow reduced from 100% to 60%
  • Summon Familiars: fixed regeneration now working in Stone Form
  • Rexxar Wild Axes: Now increases damage dealt by axe's owner and all his units to cursed enemies. Debuff duration 10 seconds, dispellable and not applies on magic immune enemies. Manacost 120 -> 100/110/120/130, damage per axe 90/120/150/180 -> 75/110/145/180.
  • Frostbite: Fixed little bug which caused malfunction. Fixed damage was a bit lower than intented.
  • Earthbind: Cooldown 7.5/7/6.5/6, manacost 80, damage 80/100/120/140, duration 1/1.2/1.4/1.6.
  • Chakram: Slow is now really dispellable.
  • Spell Steal: Caster shouldn't now lose stolen ability if he trying to steal same ability.
  • Doppelganger: Cast Points increased from 0.2 to 0.3. These illusions will always grant 5 Exp/bounty when killed by enemy.
  • Viscous Nasal Goo manacost 30 -> 25
  • Spawn Spiderlings: damage 75/150/225/300 -> 70/140/210/280
  • Penitence duration 7 sec -> 8 sec
  • Raise Dead (Space Orc): Base HP 400 -> 300, bonus HP from Synergy 25/30/35/40% -> 20/24/28/32%, heal projectile speed 400 -> 800.
  • Frostmourne: Both Slow and Speed boost durations now halved for ranged attackers (both primary and secondary).
  • Flaming Lasso: Cast range 100 -> 200
  • Decrepify: No longer slows allies.
  • Spark Wraith: Manacost 80 -> 75, Cooldown 4 -> 3.5, Now reveals enemy's inivisibility for slow duration. Damage 150/200/250/300 -> 100/160/220/280
  • Reincarnation: Cooldown reverted back to 220/160/100, Scepter's Wraith Form duration decreased back to 3.0 seconds
  • Borrowed Time: Now reduces all outgoing damage from owner by 50% for duration
  • Requiem of Souls: Debuff AoE 700 -> 1400, just as damage radius
  • Essence Shift: Gains only 2 agility (/damage) per attack
  • Cold feet: first impact deals damage instantly instead after 0.1 sec. This is only important vs blink daggers.
  • Thunder Strike: Manacost 130 -> 100/110/120/130
  • Shadowraze: Visual effect size increased by 10% to match damage AoE
  • Chaos Meteor: With Aghanim's upgrade damage AoE reduced from 300 to 275 per meteor.
  • Haunt manacost 250 -> 225.
  • Duel: if enemy has won the duel, he will receive x1.5 damage (15/21/27)
  • Mirror Image (Naga Siren): Manacost increased from 70/80/90/100 to 80/95/110/125.
  • Last Word (Silencer): Damage reduced from 150/200/250/300 to 120/180/240/300.
  • Ice Circles: Cast Range with scepter decreased from 1500 to 1200.
  • Furion's treants damage 31-33 -> 34-38.
  • Endurance aura (Doom): Fixed aura affected enemies instead of allies.
  • Blink QoP: Range 1100 -> 1000.
  • Lightning Bolt: vision duration 4.5 sec -> 3 sec.
  • Lightning Bolt, Thundergod's Wrath: Vision decreased from 750/750 to 500/500.
  • Backstab damage multiplier 0.25/0.5/0.75/1.0 (was lower than intented) -> 0.6/0.9/1.2/1.5
  • Witchcraft: Chance reduced from 10/15/20/25% (tooltip was wrong) to 6/9/12/15%.
  • Sleight of Fist can be witchcrafted now.
  • Teleportation (Furion) cooldown increased by 5 sec.
  • Bloodrage (old): Cooldown 12/10/8/6 -> 15/14/13/12, Duration 6/7/8/9 -> 6, damage bonus 30/60/90/120% -> 60/90/120/150%, damage 20/sec -> 12/20/28/36, cast range 800 -> 650.
  • Weave: Armor change rate 1.0/1.25/1.5 (1.25/1.5/1.75 with aghanim) -> 0.9/1.2/1.5 (1.2/1.5/1.8), cooldown with Aghanim 36 -> 32.
  • Synergy Bonus for Frozen Sigil and Nether Ward are swapped. True Sight AoE insreased from 200/300/400/500 to 300/450/600/750
  • Shadow Wave: Cast points improved from 0.3 to 0.2, Damage AoE increased by 15.
  • Lightning Storm: Cast Points improved from 0.3 to 0.2 as other chain lightnings
  • Flame Guard: Is not dispellable now. Barrier spell damage block 50/200/350/500 -> 80/220/360/500.
  • Moonlight Shadow: duration 15 sec -> 18 sec
  • Drums of War: cooldown 100 -> 100/90/80, manacost 150/200/250 -> 150/175/200.
  • Meat Hook: cooldown with Aghanim 4 sec -> 5 sec.
  • Chakra Magic: Manacost removed.
  • Dark Ritual: Manacost removed.
  • Watchers: added Synergy Upgrade. Blink with 300/400/500/600 range and 30/22/14/6 seconds cooldown.
  • Ice Blast: Manacost 100/125/150 -> 150/175/200, cooldown 45 -> 60, duration with Aghanim 14 -> 15/16/17 seconds.
  • Stampede: Will no more affect invulnerable enemies.
  • Plague Ward: Fixed disabling dagger/taras by their poison, heal modifier works properly now and reduced to from -0.1 to -0.05. Ms slow from 10/11/12% to 8/10/12%
  • Chilling Touch: Now doesn't slows attacks and doesn't proc on magic immune enemies. Slowing enemy MS by 30% for 0.3 seconds with each proc. Bonus damage 20/40/60/80, cooldown 48/40/32/24, buff duration 20/24/28/32. Fixed aiming size (was lesser than real effect AoE).
  • Ice Vortex: Slow reduced from 18/22/26/30% to 15/20/25/30%. Now also increases Movespeed of caster near Vortex, makes ability more useful on ganking or escaping.
  • Elune's arrow: Collision size decreased by 20
  • Illuminate: aghanim upgrade heals by 50% during day and deals +50% dmg during night.
  • Poison Nova: Cooldown changed to 100/85/70. Aghanim's upgrade no longer affects cooldown.
  • Waveform: Cast range 1000 -> 700/800/900/1000, damage 100/175/250/325 -> 75/150/225/300, manacost 140/155/160/165 -> 120/135/150/165.
  • Track: No more reduces enemy armor. Duration 20 -> 20/24/28. Movespeed bonus 20% -> 16/18/20%.
  • Vendetta manacost 160/210/260 -> 140/200/260. Fixed True strike from Vendetta, should work now.
  • Purification: Heal/damage reduced from 90/180/270/360 to 85/170/255/340.
  • Deafening Blast: Disarm duraton 2/3/4 sec -> 2.0/2.6/3.2 sec. Cooldown 50 -> 75. Cast range & AoE 800 -> 900. Disarm is now dispellable.
  • Raise Dead (devour): Lifetime increased from 31/34/37/40 to 40 always.
  • Forged Spirit: Lifetime from 25/30/35/40 to 35 always.
  • Tombstone: Zombies will be ignored by Chain Frost, Eye of the Storm, Meat Hook and Elune's Arrow.
  • Call of the Wild: boar slow improved from 10/20/30/40% to 16/24/32/40%, hp from 275/350/425/500 to 325/400/475/550.
  • Adaptiveness: Instagib now works vs magic immune non-ancient creeps too
  • Light Strike Array: Manacost 90/100/110/125 -> 100/125/150/175, damage 80/120/160/200 -> 80/140/200/260, stun duration 1.6 -> 1.6/1.9/2.2/2.5, cooldown 9 -> 13, cast range 600 -> 625
  • Split Earht: Cast Range 750 -> 650
  • Walrus Punch: Fixed disabling by Break (it shouldn't be disabled because it's not passive). Fixed overlapping with other crits (higher crits like Coup De Grace will work if happened on same attack with Walrus)
  • Nether Strike: Fixed cooldown.
  • Kraken Shell: not longed blocks damage from Wards
  • Bloodrage (old): rescaled stats. Duration 4.5/5/5.5/6, dmg bonus 60/90/120/150%, cooldown 15/14/13/12, 18/24/30/36 DPS, still undispellable.
  • Bloodrage (new): splitted on buff and debuff, depends on relations between caster and target. And not dispellable by avatars.
  • Insatiable Hunger: fixed lifesteal beling always level 1.
  • Burrowstrike: removed unit targeting, now can be used on ground only. Cating time increased from 0.01 to 0.1
  • Healing Ward: Gold and Exp bounty increased from 0/0 to 75/75.
  • Skewer: Fixed tree killing AoE was more than should be.
  • Crystal Nova: Now working vs Ancients.
  • Hand of God: creep healing decreased from 50/75/100% of max hp to 40/60/80% (+5/7.5/10% with aghanim just like for heroes)
  • Enchant + Synergy duration 180 sec -> 100/120/140/160, based on Synergy level, ofc.
  • Force of Nature: Treant's base attackspeed decreased from 1.75 to 1.00 (buff), base damage from 34-38 to 26-30
  • Kinetic Field: Can't multicast anymore.
  • Chronosphere: Can't multicast anymore.
  • Tombstone no longer spawn another Tombstone on multicast, instead it increases spawn rate 2/3/4x
  • Manacost for Multicast increased from 60/100/140 to 75/125/175
  • Multicast chances slightly reduced:
  • level 1: 20% -> 18%
  • level 2: x3 10->8%, 25->22%
  • level 3: x4 unchanged, x3 13-> 11%, x2 30 -> 26%
  • Fixed Hellfire Blast's slow being undispellable
  • Disruption no longer uses pause state

  • Relocate will now ping on minimap Green instead of Red if that's ally's Relocate
  • Poison Nova visual effect is now bit better represent it's AoE (650)
  • Reflection's image will now disappear when dispelled
  • Fixed damage flickering on auras with bonus damage
  • Soul Steal will no longer heal the caster if interrupted anyhow
  • Battle Hunger can no longer be dispelled
  • Raise Dead zombies size slightly reduced to 1.45

  • Satyr Hellcaller Shockwave damage 125 -> 160, range 800 -> 1200

  • Satyr Trickster's purge cooldown 5 sec -> 3 sec
  • Troll Priest MP regen aura 2/sec -> 3/sec
  • Dark Troll attack range 500 -> 400
  • Dark Troll warlord attack range 500 -> 400, damage increased by 6
Heroes:
  • Some heroes stats growth matched to decimal, no point to write about each of them (+- 0.05)
  • Ogre Lord's attack points now really increased from 0.2 to 0.4
  • Dazzle and Pugna size increased a bit (by 8~9%), Dragonspawn Sage by ~5%.
  • Xin and Slark agi growth increased by 0.2
  • Treant Protector base damage reduced by 6
  • Pit Lord base damage reduced by 4
