I'd like to see a draft mode that looks like mdos but where every player on the same side gets exactly the same pool (so it mirrors the pool for all players on sent, but all players on scourge get a different build). It would mean a more team-oriented pick cycle where everyone can see every skill on his side, thus encouraging the best *overall team* to be drafted. This would encourage teamwork and building of complementary builds without a lot of "who do you have? got a blink to go with that?" type chatter.

There was a command in draft that showed hero pool in the scoreboard, next to your spells. It was really buggy, so I guess they removed it. Bringing it back would be much simpler.

Not entirely the same, however, because the pools would not exactly overlap such that me having a skill means you can't, period. I think it would bring an interesting dynamic.
