Laguna Blade

I was aware that mages had problems, but this reworked Laguna Blade is the worst idea ever.

I don't mean to be rude, but there is a class of mage builds focused on brust that is very questionable and this skill came to take these builds to another level: the late game.

Personally, I'm mostly of the time picking mage builds, so it is not a trouble for me, but this is very clear that this skill is kinda broken due to its power compared with other skills. I am picking it every possible game.

make it with 0 damage to start, and upgrade damage per kill/assist = 100 , it can be negative too. with 10 kill with laguna, u can damage them 1000 but it's hard to catch  . 
just like duel that starting from 0 damage.

Lol, it was +15/+20/+25 and was insane already

But wait, you mean completely 0 damage from Laguna at beginning? thats gonna be crazy feature tbh
