cant pick reapers with hellfire

This combo is unable to be used together. You cant bind or even click the skill.

Already fixed in b0 (try it?) but found another bug with it (missing reaper fx if target was stunned)

Playing in lod sa so this is one update back. Good that it's fixed. Bad bug.
